Derived from the clauses 3.2.1 and 3.2.2 of Requirements for Issuers we hereby correct the previously published announcement. The corrected announcement is as follows:
It was resolved at the meeting of the supervisory board of AS Selver, a subsidiary of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS, to elect Helen Tulve as of 17 October 2014 as the second member of the management board in addition to the present member of the management board Kristi Lomp. Helen Tulve works at Tallinna Kaubamaja AS since February 2013 as the Group General Counsel and before that she worked as an attorney-at-law at Attorneys-at-law Borenius. Helen Tulve does not belong to any other management bodies and does not own any shares of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS.
