Sponda signs EUR 100 million loan agreement 
 

Sponda Plc has signed a loan agreement for 5 years for EUR 100 million with Swedbank AB (publ), Finnish Branch. The loan is unsecured. 

The loan is being used in its entirety for partially refinancing existing syndicated loan that matures in November 2015. The syndicated loan’s remaining principal at the balance sheet before the repayment is EUR 330 million.

The most important covenants (the equity ratio and the interest coverage ratio) of the loan are in line with the company's other financial agreements. The margin on the arrangement corresponds with current market level.
