Miller previously served as Senior Vice President and Global Life Sciences Practice Leader with the Solomon Page Group, a retained organization headquartered in New York City. Prior to that, he was the Managing Director at a privately held boutique global executive search firm with offices in the US, London and China as a Partner and Co-Owner. He began his search career at Heidrick & Struggles International where he spent six years within the Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice.

He holds a BS in Management and Organizational Behavior from Rider University.
