DECISIONS OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING
Pursuant to section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, we hereby announce
that IC Group A/S today has received information from Nordea Funds OY, Danish
Branch that it has acquired shares of IC Group A/S and now has an overall
shareholding in IC Group A/S exceeding 5%.
As a result of its acquisition, Nordea Funds OY, Danish Branch has a
shareholding in IC Group A/S constituting:
851,948 shares of DKK 10 each
corresponding to a nominal value of DKK 8,519,480 or 5.009% of the total number
of shares issued and voting rights.
