Hoist Finance to List Bond on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm and Publishes Prospectus

As disclosed in a press release on 23 September 2014, Hoist Kredit AB (publ)
(“Hoist Finance” or the “Company”) has completed a three-year senior unsecured
bond issue of EUR 100 million. The interest rate is set at EURIBOR 3M + 375
basis points p.a. with quarterly interest payments.

Hoist Finance has, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the bond,
applied for listing of the bond on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm and prepared a
prospectus. The prospectus has been approved by the Swedish Financial
Supervisory Authority and the bond is expected to be listed on NASDAQ OMX
Stockholm at the latest on 31 October 2014. The prospectus is available on Hoist
