Martin Midstream Partners Announces Quarterly Cash Distribution Increase and Release Date of Third Quarter 2014 Results


KILGORE, Texas, Oct. 23, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Martin Midstream Partners L.P. (NASDAQ: MMLP) announced today it has declared a quarterly cash distribution of $.8125 per unit, or $3.25 per unit on an annualized basis, for the quarter ended September 30, 2014. The quarterly distribution increase is $0.02 per unit or 2.5% higher than the distribution paid in the prior quarter and 3.8% higher than the distribution paid following the third quarter ended September 30, 2013. This increased distribution is largely attributed to the acquisition of the controlling interests in Cardinal Gas Storage LLC completed during the most recent quarter. The distribution is payable on November 14, 2014 to common unitholders of record as of the close of business on November 7, 2014. The ex-dividend date for the cash distribution is November 5, 2014. 

Martin Midstream Partners plans to publicly release its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2014 after the market closes on Wednesday, October 29, 2014.  An investors conference call to review the third quarter results will be held on Thursday, October 30, 2014 at 8:00 a.m. Central Time.
