1. On October 23, 2014, Corestate Ben BidCo AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany,
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on YOUNIQ AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, have
exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30% and 50% thresholds of the
Voting Rights on October 20, 2014 and on that day amounted to 66.49% (this
corresponds to 6,914,441 Voting Rights).

2. On October 23, 2014, CORESTATE IREI Holding S.A., Luxembourg,
Luxembourg, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on YOUNIQ AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany,
have exceeded the 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50% and 75% thresholds of the Voting
Rights on October 20, 2014 and on that day amounted to 80.72% (this
corresponds to 8,394,444 Voting Rights).

66.49% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 6,914,441 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed
Voting Rights are held by the following company under its control, which
share of the Voting Rights in YOUNIQ AG amounts to 3% or more: Corestate
Ben BidCo AG.

3. On October 23, 2014, Corestate Ben BidCo AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany,
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on YOUNIQ AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, have
exceeded the 75% threshold of the Voting Rights on October 22, 2014 and on
that day amounted to 80.72% (this corresponds to 8,394,444 Voting Rights).
