In accordance with Section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act it is hereby
announced that OW Bunker A/S has been informed that Cantillon Capital Management
LLC on behalf of Cantillon Funds PLC, Cantillon Global Equity LP and several
managed accounts has reduced its holdings of shares in OW Bunker A/S and now
holds less than 5% of the total share capital in OW Bunker A/S.
