Specifying the published information in the media , JSC „SALDUS MEŽRŪPNIECĪBA” informs that the Limited liability company Law Office "Merkant" and Limited liability company "Kubit" has been contracted about 27% of JSC "Saldus mežrūpniecība” shares.
Share sale contract has been concluded with the condition that it will enter into force when the Latvian Competition Council of the Republic will have to give their consent to the sale of shares.
