Vilnius, Lithuania, 2014-10-29 15:53 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 28 October 2014, Lietuvos dujos AB (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), following the Articles of Association of the Company and the provisions of Article 37 paragraph 3 of the Republic of Lithuania Law on Companies, removed Mantas Mikalajūnas from office of the general manager as of 3 November 2014. The issue concerning appointment of the general manager of Lietuvos dujos AB shall be considered by the Management Board during the next meeting of the Management Board which shall take place not later than on 3 November 2014.
