BRUSSELS, Belgium, Oct. 30, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 27 October 2014, Franklin Templeton Institutional, LLC notified RHJ International ("RHJI") that on 24 October 2014 its shareholding in RHJI had crossed upward the threshold of 15% of the outstanding 132,244,164 shares and voting rights in RHJI and amounted to 20,067,496 shares representing 15.17% of the voting rights in RHJI.
