Capitalia Bonds to be Listed on Nasdaq Baltic Market


Tallinn/Riga/Vilnius, Baltic Market, October 31, 2014 – Nasdaq (NASDAQ: NDAQ) announces that as of November 3, 2014 Capitalia, AS bonds (Ticker: CAPI120018A) will be listed on the Nasdaq Baltic Bond list by Nasdaq Riga.

According to the issue terms, trading will be possible with so far issued 1 000 bonds with the total nominal value of EUR 1 million. The yearly coupon rate is 12%; the maturity of the bond issue is 4 years.
