Vestjysk Bank A/S appeals verdict in case on alleged market manipulation in the former Aarhus Lokalbank A/S in the period from 1 September 2009 to 5 February 2010

With reference to Vestjysk Bank’s company announcement issued earlier today on the verdict in the case on alleged market manipulation in the Aarhus Lokalbank A/S share price in the former Aarhus Lokalbank A/S in the period from 1 September 2009 to 5 February 2010, the Supervisory Board of Vestjysk Bank A/S has decided to appeal the verdict to the High Court.
