München, Germany has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the
WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Alphaform AG, Feldkirchen,
Germany, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10% and 15% threshold of the Voting
Rights on October 29, 2014 and on that day amounted to 17.06% (this
corresponds to 1277169 Voting Rights).
