Hill International Acquires UK Engineering Consultancy Cadogans


MARLTON, N.J. and GLASGOW, Scotland, Oct. 31, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hill International (NYSE:HIL), the global leader in managing construction risk, announced today that it has acquired expert engineers Cadogans. Cadogans is the trading name of Angus Octan Scotland Ltd. and its subsidiary companies Cadogan Consultants Ltd., Cadogan Consult Ltd. and Cadogan International Ltd., a group of firms that provide multi-disciplinary engineering and other technical consulting services.  Cadogans, which has approximately 30 professionals, has offices in Glasgow and Dundee in Scotland.  Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Cadogans' senior management team will be continuing with the company, which will operate as part of Hill's Construction Claims Group.
