Therefore, the ISIN code of the shares is the same for the Alternext segment in France and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in Germany: FR0010263335. The securities shortcode is: EO2. The Alternext segment in Paris stays the main market for the shares of SOLUTIONS 30.
This quotation reflects the ambition of the group to develop its position in the German market by implementing the business model that has been already successful in France and Italy. The strategic goal is to implement this business model in all major European markets.
- SOLUTIONS 30 - in a first step - acquired the company B&F GmbH (Stuttgart) October 2013 as well as 50 percent of the company Connecting Cable GmbH (Cologne) on January 1st 2014. Both companies are acting in the IT and telecom sector. Based on these acquisitions, the German market generated 21 percent of the international sales of the group. The significant potential of the German market in the deployment of high-speed internet offers excellent growth prospects to the group.
- In July, Mr. Alexander Sator has been chosen to become a new member oft he Supervisory Board of SOLUTIONS 30. The very active businessman in German telecommunications industry will provide his extensive knowledge of the German market where he notably served as strategic counsel to Deutsche Telekom. The ratification of his mandate will be submitted to the next General Assembly that is supposed to take place in the end of this year.
- Finally, the increased presence of SOLUTIONS 30 in Germany is also reflected in closer relations with German investors. Thus, the management of SOLUTIONS 30 will hold a first presentation at the Equity Forum of Deutsche Börse on November 26th in Frankurt. SOLUTIONS 30 will be present in Frankfurt from November 25th to November 26th.
