Suomi Mutual Life Assurance Company, a shareholder of SATO Corporation, has announced on 31st October 2014 that they have sold 3,519,410 of their SATO Corporation shares. By this trade the share of ownership Suomi has of SATO changes from 14.8 % to 7.9 %.

SATO Corporation has a single series of shares, and one share is entitled to one vote. SATO Corporation has a total of 51,001,842 shares.
