On November 03, 2014, Mr Dr. Hans J. Langer, Germany has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on Alphaform AG, Feldkirchen, Germany, have exceeded the 15%
threshold of the Voting Rights on October 31, 2014 and on that day amounted
to 17.06% (this corresponds to 1277169 Voting Rights).
17.06% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1277169 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Mr Langer in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence
1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed Voting
Rights are held by the following companies under his control, whose share
of the Voting Rights in Alphaform AG amounts to 3 percent or more: LHUM
Vermögensverwaltunsgs GmbH.
