Gates will receive the awards during the Car Care Council Women's Board Reception on Tuesday, November 4 from 5 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. at the Sands Expo Center, Room 307. All four award-winning entries have the additional chance to be announced as a "Best-In-Show" recipient that will be announced at the reception.
