NEW YORK, Nov. 4, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. (Nasdaq:AFSI) today announced that its Board of Directors approved a cash dividend on its 6.75% Non-cumulative preferred stock, Series A of $0.421875 per preferred share. In addition, the Board of Directors approved a cash dividend on its 7.25% Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series B of $0.453125 per preferred share. Finally, the Board of Directors approved a cash dividend on its 7.625% Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series C of $0.47127 per preferred share. The preferred dividends will be payable December 15, 2014 to shareholders of record on December 1, 2014.
