Basware expands its relationship with leading environmental services company
providing e-invoicing services in the UK

Basware has expanded cooperation with a major environmental services company and
signed an agreement for the delivery of e-invoicing services in the UK. The
agreement includes inbound e-invoicing services and supplier activation. The
value of the agreement exceeds EUR 600,000 over three years. The customer has
previously deployed Basware's solutions for scanning their inbound paper
invoices.

support their financial operations and core financial processes. The customer
processes 500,000 invoices annually. Basware's e-invoicing services enable the
customer to receive 100% of their invoices electronically, directly to their
invoice processing system via the open Basware Commerce Network that allows
buyers and suppliers of all sizes to collaborate and trade. We will also ensure
that their suppliers are on-boarded quickly and easily to adopt and reap the
