Dubeņi, 2014-11-05 13:37 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The management of JSC „Grobiņa” informs, that based on agreements signed on 31.10.2014. at already valid credit contracts No. 2.1.17-13/06 and No.2.1.17-13/07, signed on 20.02.2013. with JSC „Citadele banka”, where the unpaid principal sum amounts to EUR 6 957 041.00, JSC „Grobiņa” as additional guarantee in favour to JSC "Citadele banka" has pledged trademark “AS Grobiņa”, as a result, on 3rd of November, 2014 in the Commercial pledge register are registered two new commercial pledges with the total value of 10,435 million EUR.
