Herewith the JSC "LATVIJAS TILTI" declares that consortium of the JSC "LATVIJAS TILTI" (General partner) and the Lithuanian company UAB "Kauno Keliai" has won the tender “New construction of two-level crossroad over railways and Nemuno street, 24 Nemuno Street, Klaipeda” in Lithuania. On 31st of October, 2014 the parties signed respective contract. The amount of the contract is 14,14 million Litas (4,10 million euro) including value added tax (VAT). The scope of works of the JSC “LATVIJAS TILTI” amounts to 93% of the total works amount, i.e. 13, 72 million Litas (3,97 million euro) including VAT.
It is planned to commence works in November 2014. The term of the works is 18 months. In accordance with the provisions of the contract, the remuneration for the scheduled works will be carried out each month based on monthly transfer-acceptance deeds.
