In accordance with Section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, cf. the Danish Executive Order no. 668 of 25 June 2012 on major shareholders, it is hereby announced that The Capital Group Companies, Inc. (“CGC”) has informed TDC that on 3 November 2014 shares in TDC were acquired on behalf of funds, mutual funds and accounts managed by companies in the CGC Group implying that their share of the share capital and voting rights is in excess of 10%. These funds, mutual funds and accounts hold 81,376,812 shares of a nominal value of DKK 1 (aggregate nominal value DKK 81,376,812) in TDC, corresponding to 10.0218% of the total share capital and of the total voting rights. The funds, mutual funds and accounts have granted proxy to companies in the CGC Group to exercise voting authority over the shares in TDC on their behalves.
