SS&C Announces Executive Promotions to Strengthen Private Equity and EMEA Alternative Assets Teams


WINDSOR, Conn., Nov. 6, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq:SSNC), a global provider of financial services software and software-enabled services, today announced key executive promotions to further extend its focus and capabilities in both its private equity software and fund administration services businesses.

Renee Mooney, Senior Vice President and nine year SS&C veteran, was named to lead SS&C GlobeOp's private equity fund administration business supported by Christine Egbert, Aparna Parmeswaran, Phil Ratner and Chris Madpak. Darren Berkowicz, Managing Director, will expand his responsibilities to include SS&C's New York-based fund services operations reporting to Ms. Mooney, and will manage the TNR Solution™ software business supported by Seth Blech. Mr. Berkowicz will continue to manage SS&C's industry leading alternative accounting and reporting platforms, Total Return™ and Advisorware™. Jay Maher, Senior Vice President will move to lead business development for SS&C's private equity businesses, reporting to Fred Jacobs, North American Head of Business Development for Alternative Assets. 

In Europe, Tom Kirkpatrick will assume management of the EMEA-based Alternative Assets business supported by Managing Directors Dave Barlow and Matt Carter. Mr. Kirkpatrick will report to Rahul Kanwar, Global Head of Alternatives for SS&C.
