JSC „Rīgas juvelierizstrādājumu rūpnīca” informs that it has received a notification from Valentins Istomins about acquisition of essential participation in the share capital of JSC „Rīgas juvelierizstrādājumu rūpnīca”.
According to the notification V.Istomins has acquired 24,46% of share capital of JSC „Rīgas juvelierizstrādājumu rūpnīca”.
