Stock Exchange Release 7 November 2014 at 09:00 Finnair is changing traffic reporting practices from the beginning of the winter season and will discontinue reporting leisure traffic as a separate traffic area. These changes were communicated on 7 November 2014 with a separate release. In October, Finnair's overall capacity grew by 0.8 per cent and traffic measured in Revenue Passenger Kilometres by 1.8 per cent year‐on‐year. Passenger load factor was 79.4 per cent. The capacity in Asian traffic decreased by 2.1 per cent and the traffic measured in Revenue Passenger Kilometres by 0.8 per cent year‐on‐year. European traffic measured in Revenue Passenger Kilometres grew by 6.1 per cent and capacity by 4.7 per cent year-on-year. In cargo, traffic measured in revenue tonne kilometres decreased by 0.7 per cent and the overall capacity by 6.3 per cent year-on-year. The load factor improved by 3.7 percentage points from last year’s level and was 65.9 per cent. In October, 92.3 per cent (90.3) of flights were on schedule.
