The shares were priced at the closing price on November 6, 2014. Participating in the financing were DAK Capital, Dr. Lindsay A. Rosenwald, Chairman and CEO of the Company, Michael S. Weiss, Executive Vice Chairman and Malcolm Hoenlein, Director.
