Today, the Executive and Supervisory Boards of CompuGroup Medical AG have
decided to begin with preparations to transform the company into a European
Company(Societas Europaea, SE).

The Executive and Supervisory Boards are of the opinion that the planned
change of legal form is suitable for CompuGroup Medical AG's position as an
internationally-oriented company.  Furthermore, this legal form provides
the opportunity to design the corporate governance structure and the work
of CGM AG's corporate bodies in a more efficient manner. With the
transformation to an SE, shareholders of CGM AG automatically become
shareholders of CGM SE. The rights of the shareholders remain unchanged.
The stock exchange listing will be changed to the new legal form.

The change of the legal form requires the approval of the shareholders,
which should be obtained at the next Annual General Meeting (as of today's
planning in May of 2015).  In line with our expectations, the change will
become effective upon filing in the commercial register in Koblenz by late
summer of 2015.
