oneC1TY is a multi-building, mindful living community that caters to the healthcare, life sciences and technology sectors of the global economy – all of which are growing dramatically. Its purpose is to create a space for those industries to connect with higher education, research and development and other related disciplines in a collaborative, interactive community near the center of Nashville's urban core.
The structures built by SG Blocks, C1TY BLOX, have all been shipped, erected and turned over to oneC1TY's master developer, Cambridge Holdings, Inc. for completion. C1TY BLOX will house commercial properties including retail stores, restaurants and other businesses.
