OCC Announces Tracy Raben As New Chief Human Resources Officer

Tracy Raben has joined OCC as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer.


CHICAGO, Ill., Nov. 10, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via PRWEB - OCC announced today that Tracy Raben has joined OCC as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. She will report to Mike McClain, President and Chief Operating Officer.

Ms. Raben most recently served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Prospira Paincare, Inc. in California where she was responsible for leading the Human Resources division in all capacities including the development and implementation of strategy, tactics and operations. She previously held similar positions as Senior Vice President, Human Resources at RehabCare, a division of Kindred Healthcare and Vice President, Human Resources, Global Customer Management for Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics, a division of Siemens AG. Additionally, Ms. Raben has experience in labor and employment law prior to her specialization in human resources management.
