SAN DIEGO, Nov. 10, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Golden Hour Data Systems, Inc. announces it has entered into a Patent Royalty Licensing Agreement with the Center for Emergency Medicine of Western Pennsylvania (CEM) dba STAT MedEvac. This Licensing Agreement provides STAT MedEvac and CEM access to Golden Hour's entire patent portfolio that is composed of 7 patents and 166 claims as issued by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

The licensing of Golden Hour's patent portfolio allows CEM total control of its strategic information and creates an integrated platform to support its operational, revenue, compliance, and knowledge management systems related to emergency patient transportation.
