Nasdaq Riga decided on November 12, 2014 to immediately remove observation status for AS „Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīca” (DPK1R, ISIN code: LV0000100212).
Observation status was applied to the company on May 7, 2014 due to the fact that on April 29, 2014 AS „Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīca” submitted to the Exchange its annual financial report of 2013 together with the indepent auditor’s report, which contained several issues for refusal to issue auditor’s opinion on the financial report. Therefore due to significance of the influence and/or possible influence of issues the auditor was not able to obtain sufficient and appropriate audit evidence which would enable to issue the opinion on the financial statement, thus the opinion of the auditor on AS "Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīca" annual financial report of 2013 was not expressed.
Yet, taking into account that AS „Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīca” shareholders meeting on July 30, 2014 decided to approve company’s annual financial report of 2013 together with the independent auditor’s report, it is no longer necessary to attract the attention of financial market participants towards the fact that the auditor has not expressed his opinion on company’s annual financial report of 2013. Therefore reasons due to which the observation status was applied ceased to exist.
