Brussels, Belgium, Nov. 13, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 5 November 2014, EMS Capital LP first notified RHJ International ("RHJI") that on 30 October 2014 its shareholding in RHJI had crossed downward the threshold of 5% of the outstanding 132,244,164 shares and voting rights in RHJI and amounted to 5,011,735 shares representing 3.79% of the voting rights in RHJI.
On 5 November 2014, EMS Capital LP then notified RHJ International ("RHJI") that on 5 November 2014 its shareholding in RHJI had crossed downward the threshold of 3% of the outstanding 132,244,164 shares and voting rights in RHJI and was below the holding declaration threshold.
