The Board of Directors of TDC A/S has decided to nominate Benoit Scheen for election as a new member of the Board of Directors at the company’s Annual General Meeting in 2015.
Benoit Scheen, 48 years old, has latest served as Senior Executive Vice President for Europe (excluding France) at the French telecommunications group Orange and prior to that as Chief Executive Officer of Mobistar - a telecommunications company partly owned by the Orange Group.
Before Benoit Scheen’s employment in the Orange Group, he has held various management positions in Hewlett-Packard.
Benoit Scheen holds a master’s degree in Computer Sciences and a bachelor’s degree in Economical and Social Sciences, both from the University of Namur in Belgium. In addition hereto, Benoit Scheen has completed Executive Programmes at HEC School of Management in Paris.
