DEAG launches own ticket distribution, Myticket.de

  - Myticket.de is launched on November 14, on time for the Christmas
    business

  - Extension of the value chain opens up incremental result potentials for
    DEAG

  - Minority participation of two leading media groups in progress 

Berlin, November 14, 2014 - DEAG Deutsche Entertainment Aktiengesellschaft,
Potsdamer Str. 58, 10785 Berlin, (ISIN DE000A0Z23G6/WKN A0Z23G), listed in
the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, launches with
Myticket.de its own ticket distribution system in the German-speaking
countries. The carefully prepared extension of the value chain opens up
considerable result potentials for DEAG. Myticket.de will be online from
this morning onwards so that under www.myticket.de the first tickets will
be available for the around 2,000 annual events of DEAG. Ticket
distribution for third-party providers is planned in the near future. In
the medium term Myticket.de is to become the strongest distribution channel
of DEAG for tickets, and together with the just completed long-term
agreement on the distribution of tickets via Ticketmaster Germany, a large
part of the entire ticket volume within the Group is to be handled.

The technological basis of Myticket.de is the newly developed platform of
wlec "white label eCommerce GmbH", Hamburg. The technology is leading on
the market and has been customized for the needs of the promoter and ticket
industry. The web-based state-of-the-art ticketing technology for the sale
of tickets and merchandise offers a special shopping experience for
customers. The web shop with mobile optimization offers all technological
features, such as print@home, mobile ticketing, integrations of social
media and web-based integration of box offices. Since it includes all
modern and future-proof functionalities, DEAG will not incur any major
launching costs under the license agreement for the technology of the
Myticket.de platform.

DEAG considers its own ticket distribution as a strategic business unit of
the Group. With the further optimized distribution strategy it will be
possible to integrate the high-margin distribution business sustainably
into the value chain and to upscale the business model of DEAG. At present
advanced talks are being conducted about the participation of two minority
shareholders from the media industry as a result of which the awareness of
Myticket.de is likely to rise significantly.

The CEO of Myticket AG will be Moritz Schwenkow (33), who developed
important affiliates and the ticket distribution of DEAG during the past
years and is already a division board member within the Group.
