Bank SNB to Open Branch in Fort Worth, TX With Local Leadership


STILLWATER, Okla., Nov. 14, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Southwest Bancorp (Nasdaq:OKSB) subsidiary Bank SNB has announced it has filed an application for a full-service branch located at 301 Commerce Street, Suite 3100 in Fort Worth, effective November 3. Bank SNB recently opened at the Commerce Street location as a loan production office.

With Bank SNB's entrance into the Fort Worth market, the company welcomes five established bankers from the area. Brian Lixey will lead Bank SNB's Fort Worth team as Market President. Lixey brings more than 18 years of banking and management experience and has served in a variety of roles, including Senior Commercial Loan Officer and Vice President of Commercial Banking. Lixey obtained his MBA from Tarleton State University and completed Commercial Lending School at the University of Texas in conjunction with the Texas Bankers Association.

Joining Lixey will be Nathan Hoffman as a Commercial Banker. Hoffman contributes 17 years of banking experience, serving in similar roles. Hoffman is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington.

Trey Ramsay will also serve Bank SNB as a Commercial Banker. Ramsay has 13 years of banking experience, with the majority of his career spent in a number of management roles at JP Morgan Chase. Also joining the team are Shana Crawford and Jenny Halford. Halford has more than 15 years of banking experience across multiple business lines. Crawford has more than 11 years of banking experience and an associate's degree from Weatherford College.
