Nasdaq Tallinn decided on November 17, 2014 to remove observation status for PRFoods (PRF1T, ISIN code: EE3100101031) immediately.
Observation status was applied due to the announcement published on October 6, 2014 about selling the ice cream and frozen goods operations in Baltics and Russia, as it caused material changes in issuer's activities and complicated assessing the value of issuer's shares until the transaction was finalized.
After finalizing the transaction and publishing 3rd quarter and 9 months interim report, the reasons due to which the observation status was applied, ceased to exist.
