Quadrant 4's Chairman, Dhru Desai, has tasked the new service group to leverage Quadrant 4's successful Social, Mobile, Analytic and Cloud (SMAC) platform, and to release the first product in its new line of affordable and sustainable learning solutions by early 2015.
