Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG: Supervisory Board appoints Sven Meise as an
additional Member of the Management Board

Birkenwerder, 19 November 2014. Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG has announced
that Sven Meise has been appointed Management Board member with effect from
1 February 2015. This adds a further member to the Management Board of
Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG.

Meise has a wealth of experience in IT and the software business. As a
business management graduate, the 43-year-old initially worked in various
positions at IBM Deutschland GmbH, in Germany and abroad. He subsequently
filled a number of different management positions at TA Triumph-Adler GmbH,
a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Japanese Kyocera Corporation, including
heading up the Professional Services and Information Technology Divisions.
Meise also has many years of experience of the print, document and output
management industry.

In future, Meise will be responsible for the freesort GmbH, iab GmbH and
Mentana-Claimsoft GmbH divisions. His responsibilities will include
expanding the solution and outsourcing business and establishing and
expanding the De-Mail business.
