Williams Mullen Welcomes Construction Associate Nathan W. Lambeth


TYSONS CORNER, Va., Nov. 19, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Nathan W. Lambeth, an experienced construction attorney, has joined the firm's Construction section as an Associate. He will be working out of the Tysons Corner office.

Mr. Lambeth joined Williams Mullen from Watt, Tieder, Hoffar & Fitzgerald, L.L.P. He represents project owners, contractors, subcontractors, and sureties in all aspects of public and private development projects. His experience includes advising clients in regard to highway, infrastructure, power plant, industrial, and traditional vertical construction projects, as well as performance and payment bond disputes in jurisdictions across the United States.

Mr. Lambeth earned his J.D. from the William and Mary School of Law, and a B.S. in Ocean Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University. During law school, he interned at the United States Attorney's Office and served as a law clerk at the United States Army Corps of Engineers. Prior to law school, Nathan worked as a Naval Architect and Mechanical Systems Engineer for a major United States defense contractor.
