Dominique Hanssens is the Bud Knapp Distinguished Professor of Marketing at UCLA's Anderson School of Management. Professor Hanssens has testified and consulted in intellectual property, antitrust and competition, breach of contract, and damages cases involving marketing or statistical issues. He has experience in conducting and critiquing consumer surveys. His numerous honors include the Neidorf "Decade" Teaching Award from UCLA, and awards for lifetime achievement and for career contributions to marketing strategy research from the American Marketing Association.

Lorin Hitt is the Dean's Chair in Operations and Information Management Professor at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Professor Hitt's research interests lie at the intersection of information technology, economics, and econometrics. He has won numerous awards for excellence in teaching and best papers. Professor Hitt has consulted and provided testimony in many product liability, intellectual property, antitrust, and breach of contract cases involving information technology and information systems, electronic commerce, and consumer electronics. Most recently, he was an expert in Stragent LLC et al. v. Intel Corp., in which he opined on the alleged contribution of a patented feature.
