Elektrėnai, Lithuania, 2014-11-20 15:58 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 19 November 2014, Eglė Čiužaitė, Director of Finance and Legal Department and Vidmantas Salietis, Director of Wholesale Electricity Trade Department of "Lietuvos energijos gamyba", AB (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) held a meeting with the members of the Investors’ Association.
The Company’s representatives briefly discussed the relevant information and introduced the Company’s position on the issues related to Decisions adopted by the National Commission for Energy Control and Prices (hereinafter referred to as “NCC”) regarding the electricity generation market research, the planned inspection of the Company, etc. As it was mentioned in the notices on major events recently published by the Company, the latter considers the above-mentioned decisions as invalid and unlawful; therefore the Company has lodged an appeal against them in court.
