Pursuant to section 29 of the Danish law on securities trading, Solar A/S hereby announces that RWC Asset Management LLP has informed Solar that RWC Asset Management LLP’s holding of Solar B shares now totals 397,000 shares at DKK 100, following its acquisition of shares on 20 November 2014, corresponding to an ownership share of 5.0% and a voting right of 2.5%.
