Nomination Committee appointed for the Annual General Meeting 2015

The Annual General Meeting in Bactiguard Holding AB (publ) will be held on
Thursday 21 May, 2015 in Stockholm.
At the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in 2014, it was resolved that the Nomination
Committee in Bactiguard Holding AB (publ) shall be formed in a process where the
Chairman of the Board contacts the three largest shareholders, based on voting
rights according to the share register maintained by Euroclear Sweden AB on 31
August, who each have the right to appoint a member. The appointed members will,
together with the Chairman of the Board, constitute the Nomination Committee.

The Nomination Committee for the 2015 AGM in Batiguard Holding AB (publ)
consists of the following members:

Christian Kinch, Chairman of the Board of Directors, appointed by KK Invest AB
Michael Wigge, appointed by Bactiguard B.V
Frank Larsson, appointed by Handelsbanken Fonder AB

The Nomination Committee will make proposals to the AGM 2015 concerning the
election of a Chairman for the AGM, the Chairman and other members of the Board
of Directors, as well as auditors. The Nomination Committee will also make
proposals regarding remuneration to the Board of Directors, including any
separate remuneration for committee work, as well as remuneration to the
auditors. Further, the Nomination Committee will make a proposal regarding
principles for forming the Nomination Committee for the AGM in 2016.
