Dannemora Mineral’s application to extend company reorganisation approved

Uppsala District Court has approved the application to further extend the
company reorganisation of Dannemora Mineral AB and Dannemora Magnetit AB by
three months, until 13 February 2015. Mikael Kubu, Ackordscentralen Stockholm
AB, continues as the administrator of reorganisation.

Dannemora Mineral AB is a mining and exploration company of which the primary
activity is mining operations in the Dannemora iron ore mine. The Company
intends to engage in exploration activities to increase the iron ore base
locally and regionally.The Company’s most important asset is the iron deposit in
