Southern Hospitality Expands to South Denver Market

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., Nov. 24, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bourbon Brothers Holding Corporation (BBHC) (OTCQB:RIBS) announced an agreement with SH Franchise & Licensing LLC to open a second location of Southern Hospitality in the Denver suburb of Lone Tree, Colorado. BBHC currently operates the only Southern Hospitality location outside of Manhattan, which is located in Denver's Lower Downtown district.

The second Colorado location of Southern Hospitality will be located at the intersection of C-470 and Quebec in Lone Tree, Colorado. The site is ideally located to drive awareness to the Southern Hospitality brand, as it is in the heart of the busiest commuter path for people commuting to work in the Denver Metro area from the South Metro area. In addition to the commuter awareness, this location boasts a very strong daytime population of 295,000 people within five miles, and a permanent population of 197,000 people with an average household income of $108,000.

Southern Hospitality is a Southern-themed restaurant concept, which was co-created by friends Eytan Sugarman, an accomplished New York City restaurateur, and Memphis-natives Justin Timberlake and Trace Ayala.

"We couldn't be more excited about the rapid growth our company will experience during 2015. This second location of Southern Hospitality is the first step in that growth and represents our commitment to furthering our relationship with the franchisor of Southern Hospitality," said JW Roth, Chairman of BBHC.

Furthermore, BBHC will aim to achieve some economies of scale with this second location, specifically in the areas of marketing and operations. Management is confident that having both locations will drive greater awareness among potential consumers and allow the company to justify larger, more substantial marketing campaigns in the Denver market for the Southern Hospitality concept specifically.

BBHC took control of the building during the third quarter of 2014 and estimates that it will open during the first quarter of 2015, as subcontractors have already begun working on the renovation and construction of the building. BBHC is very excited to get to the Grand Opening and is already planning an event, which will include a benefit for a local charity in conjunction with the Grand Opening.
