Skanska invests EUR 37 M, about SEK 335 M, in office project in Krakow, Poland


Skanska invests EUR 37 M, about SEK 335 M, in the Axis office project located in
central Krakow, Poland.
The building, which is Skanska’s second office project in Krakow, will consist
of 9 stories above ground and 3 underground levels. The total leasable space for
the project will be about 20,000 square meters.

The new complex is LEED Gold pre-certified and meets high environmental
standards and features a number of sustainable solutions. This will minimize the
building’s operational costs and bring savings for the future tenants as well as
create comfortable office space for employees.

Construction work has started. The project is scheduled for completion in the
fourth quarter of 2016.

Skanska Commercial Development Europe initiates and develops property office
projects. The company’s operations are concentrated in the metropolitan areas of
the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania and Poland and are conducted by four local
units: Skanska Property Czech Republic, Skanska Property Hungary, Skanska
Romania and Skanska Property Poland.
