2014

In the first 9 months 2014 HAEMATO AG, Berlin (ISIN: DE0006190705),
achieved IFRS Group sales of EUR 156.37 million (Prior-year period: EUR
118.30 million) and net profit for the period of EUR 6.60 million
(Prior-year period: EUR 6.15 million).

"By introducing botulinum preparations and hyaluronic acid we are now
developing our business in the strong growing lifestyle segment within the
healthcare market. We will continue to expand our range of products to
participate in the growth of this attractive market segment.

For the whole of 2014, we are still aiming for annual revenue of more than
EUR 200 million. Based on this assessment of the business development we
can reconfirm the established dividend policy for 2014", says Dr. Christian
Pahl, Member of the Management Board of HAEMATO AG.
