In accordance with the Danish Companies Act § 55 and the Securities Trading Act § 29, we hereby announce that DLH-Fonden has informed us that the company has reduced its shareholding in Dalhoff Larsen & Horneman A/S and DLH-Fonden now holds 10,618,473 shares corresponding to 19.82% of the share capital and the votes.
